BioNitrogen digging out of bankruptcy?

Nearly a year after it declared bankruptcy, BioNitrogen, which had been planning to construct a $300 million urea fertilizer plant in Taylor County, is continuing work to dig itself out of restructuring proceedings.

According to Taylor County Development Authority (TCDA) Director Scott Frederick, BioNitrogen CEO Graham Copley met with the TCDA board last week.
