Man spits, swings at officers

A Steinhatchee man was arrested Sunday afternoon after attacking a sheriff’s deputy and violently resisting arrest.

Arthur Sidney Hines, 56, was charged with two counts of assault/battery on law enforcement officer, resisting an officer with violence and disorderly intoxication.
