Eagles U8 win AYF State Championship

The Taylor County Fighting Eagles under 8 football team defeated the Augusta Wildcats 40-6 to win the AYF State Championship over in Pensacola last weekend.

Both teams came in undefeated with the Wildcats riding a 59-game win streak. The Fighting Eagles scored on every offensive possession behind a high powered rushing attack featuring tailback Za’kari Jackson, wing back Ceddrick Ellis, blocking back Camen Upshaw and fullback Kingston Williams.
