Commission honors former board member Edd Sadler

The Taylor County Commission honored one of its own last week, passing a proclamation recognizing former Commissioner Edd Sadler, who died Nov. 11.

Sadler represented District 3 on the commission from 1996 to 2004, serving as chairman for 1999-2000.
