Election audit shows results were ‘100% accurate’

A random hand-counted audit of locally-cast ballots during this year’s General Election showed that the results reported following the General Election held earlier this month were “100 percent accurate.”

According to Supervisor of Elections Dana Southerland, her staff conducted the Post-Election Manual Audit on Tuesday, Nov. 22.
