Child in car when mother slams patrol car and flees

A 25-year-old Perry woman had her eight-year-old child in the car with her when she crashed into a Perry Police Department (PPD) patrol car and then fled the scene.

Jessica Mae Allen has been charged with driving under the influence, leaving the scene of a crash with property damage, reckless driving, DUI with property damage and child neglect.
