Federal grant could help local homeowners

Was your property damaged by Hurricane Hermine? Even if it wasn’t, is your property in a flood zone and at risk for repetitive damage from future storms?

If either of these apply to you, your property might be eligible for assistance through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), which is federally funded, overseen by the State of Florida and applied for by local governments.
