Meeks Twice as nice hearing delayed

Inmate Douglas R. Meeks is no doubt counting the days until he is removed from Death Row and transferred to a general population correctional institution to serve out a life sentence.

However, a mix-up in transportation orders added an additional 12 days to that wait.
