Manden: Strickland’s last words were ‘I’m going to call your mom’

Despite three arrests and one conviction, the specific events which led to the death of longtime educator Shelly O’Steen Strickland in June 2015 have remained a mystery.

This week, however, for the first time, one of the three men accused of her murder, under oath, provided in detail his version of that fateful night.
