A judge granted “paternal house arrest” for a 15-year-old student charged with allegedly planning a mass shooting at his school, Point of Grace Christian.
Under the terms of the release, “a parent or guardian must be with him at all times—24 hours a day, seven days a week,” Perry Police Department (PPD) Capt. Gene Franklin said.
