County revisits moratoriums on medical marijuana dispensaries

Last November, more than 70 percent of Florida voters approved Amendment 2, allowing patients facing “debilitating medical conditions” access to higher strength medical marijuana.

Since then, officials on both the state and local level have been working out just how to implement that access.
