Six months after Hurricane Hermine flooded the Taylor County coast, recovery efforts are still underway, with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) providing nearly $700,000 in individual assistance to local property owners.
According to FEMA officials, $679,332 in individual assistance has been delivered to date, with almost $600,000 of that total designated for housing assistance.
