Naked man surprises neighbor

A Perry man was charged with indecent exposure after allegedly walking into his neighbor’s house naked late Thursday night, April 6.

Joel Thomas Reynolds, 46, confirmed he was at the home, but denied being naked when Taylor County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) Deputy Brian Hayden confronted him the next day.
