Former TCI captain appointed as deputy secretary of FDOC

A former captain at Taylor Correctional Institution (TCI), Timothy H. Cannon, has been appointed deputy secretary of operations for the Florida Department of Corrections (FDOC).

FDOC Secretary Mike Crews announced the promotion Monday.
