History and heritage will take centerstage Saturday, April 29, during the second annual Taylor County Historical Society Heritage Pageant, which will be held at the Taylor County Middle School auditorium starting at 6:30 p.m.
Some 18 contestants ranging from ages five to 50-plus will celebrate Perry’s pioneer days– when the town was known as “Rosehead”–through posters and speeches highlighting local history.
