State counters Arrowood’s claim

“The secrecy of grand jury proceedings is a public interest that the court should diligently guard.”

That is the argument the state has presented in writing to counter a motion from the attorney representing convicted murderer Garrett Arrowood seeking disclosure of grand jury proceedings tied to his case.
