Memorial Day ceremony is May 29

The annual Memorial Day Ceremony will be held Monday, May 29, at Veterans Memorial Park beginning at 10 a.m.

“We invite everyone to join us as we remember those from Taylor County who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving in our country’s armed forces,” Supervisor of Elections Dana Southerland, who is coordinating the event, said.
