Pet Food Pantry open today (Wednesday)

Forest Capital Humane Society volunteers remind residents that a pet food pantry is open every Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the organization’s Second Chance Thrift Shop (located at 1409 South Jefferson Street).

“We are pleased to offer temporary pet food assistance (while supplies last) to senior citizens, veterans and families who are experiencing loss of income,” volunteers said.
