Driver faces DUI manslaughter charge

An arrest warrant has been issued for Jason Wilson Wall for the September 2011 death of Erin Nichole (Walker) Lawless, the Perry mother who died in a violent car crash the night she turned 28 years old.

Wall, who was also critically injured in the crash and spent an extended period of time in the hospital recuperating, faces a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) manslaughter.
