No tax $$ for Pine Tree Rd.

Pine Tree Road area residents left a Sept. 19 county meeting disappointed and frustrated after being told commissioners are not legally allowed to spend tax dollars to repair the privately owned roadway.

Commissioner Frank Russell had the item placed on the Sept. 19 county agenda after residents could not attend the board’s previous Sept. 5 meeting.
