Council cracks down on dumping in right-of-ways

The Perry City Council is developing an ordinance that would end its current practice of collecting “white goods” piled on city right-of-ways.

Violators would face steep fines up to $500, plus the cost of removing the items (which would include appliances, furniture, etc.).
