Read, O’Neal crowned Little King, Queen

The Wicked Witch of the West and a button-nose scarecrow greeted visitors as they stepped onto a yellow brick road and journeyed to Emerald City Saturday night.

The crowd encountered all manner of exciting characters along the way–a cowardly lion, a little girl from Kansas who was far from home and a man made of tin.
