‘Loaded’ syringes seized in 2 arrests

Routine traffic stops for equipment violations led to three separate drug arrests and seizure of both methamphetamine and marijuana resin (oil).

Perry Police Department (PPD) Ptl. Jamin Cephus stopped Neal Vanderwiede, 36, of Hudson (Fla.) around 8 p.m. Friday night at the intersection of Highway 19 and Main Street.
