Want good grades? 2013 Valedictorian: Stay awake in class

Taylor County High School (TCHS) Valedictorian James Clover may have taken a more laid back approach to his studies, but by no means was he any less passionate about doing his best.

It is a mindset that can be seen in his advice to those students following him and his fellow 2013 graduates: “Don’t panic. Just go into it thinking you can handle anything they can throw at you. Take one step at a time and you should be fine.”

He also adds, “Don’t fall asleep in class.”
