    ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
    Sealed Bids for the construction of the City of Perry WWTF Upgrade, MM Project No. 296508 will be received, by City of Perry, at 224 South Jefferson St., Perry, Florida 32347, until 2:00 p.m. local time (EDT) on 14th day of September 2017, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
    The Project consists of construction of upgrades to the Perry Wastewater Treatment Facility.
    Envelope(s) containing bids must be sealed and marked “Bids for City of Perry WWTF Upgrade, MM Project No. 296508 for City of Perry”.
    Any bids received after the stipulated time of bid opening will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
    Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.

    Electronic copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, during the hours indicated above, at a non-refundable cost of $100.00 for each set. (Regular ground shipping included. Expedited shipping at bidder expense. Contact Issuing Office for details.) Upon request and receipt of the document payment indicated above the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service.     Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
    All bids must be submitted on the Bid Form as furnished in this Specification. The bids must be accompanied by a Public Entity Crime Statement and by a Bid Bond, certified check or cashier’s check, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Base Bid as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into an agreement with the Owner if his bid is accepted.
    The bid shall remain in force for sixty (60) days after the time of opening.
    Attention of bidders is called to the licensing law of Florida. All bidders must comply with all applicable State and local laws concerning licensing, registration, and regulation of contractors doing business in the State of Florida.
    The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in any bid whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of the Owner. Additionally, the Owner reserves the right to award the contract to any bidder.

    NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
    FOR DISASTER DEBRIS MONITORING SERVICES
    The Taylor County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting sealed proposals for DISASTER DEBRIS MONITORING SERVICES.
    Qualified firms or individuals desiring to provide the required services must submit an original and three (3) copies of the proposal package, in a sealed envelope or similar package marked “Sealed Proposal for DISASTER DEBRIS MONITORING SERVICES” to the Clerk of Court, 1st Floor Courthouse, 108 North Jefferson Street, Suite 102, or P.O. Box 620, Perry, Florida 32348, to arrive no later than 4:00 P.M., local time, on FRIDAY, AUGUST 18, 2017.
