Gunshot victim now faces stalking, assault charges

The 42-year-old local man who suffered a serious gunshot wound during a Nov. 5 altercation in the parking lot of a local gas station is now wanted on an arrest warrant issued in connection with the incident.

The warrant, issued on Nov. 8 for Travis Murphy, contains eight counts, including: felony aggravated stalking (three counts), battery, assault, disorderly conduct and misdemeanor stalking (two counts).
