2 shot, 1 dead in domestic violence-related shooting

Family and friends remember Corey Thomas, 31, as a loving father who had a kind nature — characteristics that have them struggling with the violent circumstances surrounding his death.

Thomas sustained fatal injuries during a shooting incident Friday morning, Nov. 10, at a home on Grove Avenue. His estranged wife, Sabrina Thomas, also sustained a gunshot wound during the incident, but was treated and released the same day.
