Aline Cook, 74, of Nashville, Ga., died Sunday July 16, 2017, at South Georgia Medical Center.
She was born July 13, 1943, in Taylor County to the late Enoch E. Tomlinson and the late Ruby Aggee Tomlinson.
She was a homemaker and a member of Cross Creek Church.
She was preceded in death by a sister and five brothers.
She is survived: her husband, Albert Julian “Al” Cook of Nashville; daughter, Sherry (Steve) Foster of Perry; five stepdaughters, Cheryl Harvey of Nashville, Michelle (Thomas) Chavarria of Naylor, Donna Cook of Houston, Texas, Kim Flaherty of Nashville and Debbie McAbee of Tucson, Ariz.; two stepsons, Richard Cook of Nashville and Mark Cook of Savannah; brother, Austin (Eva) Tomlinson of Fort Myers; numerous grandchildren; and great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 20, at 1 p.m. in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home in Nashville with the Rev. Daniel Morris officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Perry at 5 p.m.
The family will receive friends tonight (Wednesday) from 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home. Lovein Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
