Mary Ann Laney

Mary Ann Laney, 80, died July 24, 2017, at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Mary was born in Mequon, Wis., June 6, 1937, to William and Lola Myhill.
She was a longtime resident of Perry and is survived by her daughter, Kellie Medinger; two sons, Michael Gengler and Kevin Gengler; four grandchildren, Jason, Johnny, Sierra, Katrina and Anthony; eight great- grandchildren; sisters, Betty Cheaver, Margie Pecus, Jane Nowitzki, Pearl Bailey and Judy Vincent; brother, William Myhill; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Mary was of the Baptist faith and a beloved member of Calvary Baptist Church in Perry. She was known for her abundant love, generous heart and contagious smile. She loved hugs, her family, her church and most of all, her Savior. Services were held Thursday, July 27, at Calvary Baptist Church with Dr. Ben Kimmell officiating.
