Kenneth Alan Dalton, 58, died Oct. 26, 2017, in Tallahassee.
Kenneth was born Sept. 7, 1959, on Williams Air Force Base, in Mesa, Ariz., to Ronald Francis Dalton and Joanne Etha Vanderboegh Dalton.
Kenneth honorably served his country in the United States Air Force. He worked as a 911 emergency systems computer tech with several different counties. He was a dispatcher with the Taylor County Sheriff’s Office for many years.
Mr. Dalton was a member of the local AMVETs, and in his spare time he enjoyed motorcycle touring with his wife, Min. He also enjoyed relaxing and reading a good book.
Kenneth was preceded in death by: his father, Ronald Francis Dalton; his son, Lance Alan Dalton; and brother, Daniel Aaron Dalton.
Mr. Dalton is survived by: his wife of 36 years, Min S. Dalton; his daughter, Mindy Parker, her husband, Lucas, and grandson, Roxen; his mother, Joanne Dalton; and siblings, Rhonda Dalton, Leo Dalton and Bret Dalton; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, Nov. 4, at 2 p.m. at Burns Funeral Home of Perry with Brother James Taylor officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
