With work continuing on the new supervisor of elections office on U.S. 19, attention is turning to the space Supervisor Dana Southerland will soon be vacating in the Taylor County Courthouse.
County Judge Bill Blue is one of the first to throw his name in the hat with a proposal to expand the second floor courtroom.
PHOTO: The Taylor County Courthouse’s “Courtoom B” on the second floor could be expanded under a plan being proposed by County Judge Bill Blue, who is scheduled to ask county commissioners to approve a request to utilize the office space that will soon be vacated by Supervisor of Elections Dana Southerland.
