$21 million apartment complex deal closed

The developers behind the proposed $21 million high-end apartment complex to be located on U.S. 19 in Perry have closed on the property, bringing the project one step closer to a reality.
According to Perry City Manager Bob Brown, the developers closed on the property last Friday. They closed on the back piece of the property earlier this year.
