    Tinsley responds to sign placement

    Posted on June 5, 2013

Responding to the City of Perry’s placement of a sign in front of his residence proclaiming his conviction as a sexual predator, Charles Tinsley told the Taco Times Tuesday he was preparing to go before a judge and ask that the “predator” designation be thrown out.

“It is the will of God and it will be overturned,” Tinsley said.

As for the sign placed on the right-of-way in front of the home where he resides on Judson Drive in Quail Pointe, he said, “You don’t have to label a man. Down in (Pinellas), they pass out fliers to let people in a neighborhood know about things like this. Why can’t they do that here?”
