Taking out the trash? Don’t forget letter

Taylor County property owners who live outside the city limits will need an identification card or vehicle decal to dump their garbage at county roll-off sites starting Monday, Jan. 1.

In October, the county sent letters to all property owners who pay the county’s $140 annual solid waste assessment.
