Man charged in home burglary

Information from a concerned citizen and the swift response of sheriff’s deputies led to the arrest of a Perry man in connection with a residential burglary on Green Farm Road discovered when a family returned home from vacation on Christmas day.

The Taylor County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) posted information regarding the break-in on social media Tuesday evening, asking the public for its assistance.
