County commissioners and staff continue to struggle with a number of issues related to the recently-implemented Solid Waste ID card system designed to limit dumping at county-owned roll-off sites to only those property owners who pay the $140 annual solid waste assessment.
At the county’s most recent meeting, commissioners voted 4-1 in favor of allowing up to four ID cards (plus four vehicle stickers) for each household that pays the annual residential solid waste assessment.
