Robert “Bobby” Ray Willis

Robert “Bobby” Ray Willis, 65, died at his home in Perry, on Saturday, Jan. 20, 2018.

Funeral services will be held tomorrow, Saturday, Jan. 27, 2018, at 2 p.m. Visitation will be held one hour prior at 1 p.m. at Beggs Funeral Home in Perry.

Bobby and his twin brother were born July 22, 1952, to Luther “L.Z.” and Mary L. Willis. He lived his whole life in Perry with his two brothers, Don Gerald Willis and Danny Ray Willis (his twin), both of Perry, and his sisters, Dorothy Ann Cone of Dothan, Ala., and Connie Gilbert of Madison.

He Married Corrie Lyn Shier and would have celebrated their anniversary of 30 years this year. He was blessed with four children, Gena Dianne Willis, Nicole Lynn Willis, Bobby Shane Willis and Bryan Heath Willis, all of Taylor County, and 12 (plus) grandchildren

Bobby loved to fish and hunt any time he could. He enjoyed singing Country Western music and did a good job doing it. He loved spending time with friends and family but enjoyed most of all hanging out with his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed.
