Tallahassee hosts Latin Dance Fest

In celebration of Viva Florida 500, the 500th anniversary of Juan Ponce de León’s arrival in Florida, Tallahassee honors Latin dance with the inaugural Tallahassee Latin Dance Festival, June 7-9, featuring two of the country’s top Latin artists–Tito Puente Jr. and Marlow
Rosado.

The event will feature Latin-dance lessons, including tango, bachata and cha cha for beginners, as well as intermediate and advanced workshops for the more seasoned dancers, along with performances by famous dancers.
