Jane Louise Blue

Jane Louise Blue, 85, died Jan. 21, 2018, in Mayo. Jane was born April 6, 1932, in Chicago, Ill., to John Fowler and Marian Hauter Fowler.

Jane was of the Christian faith. She worked as a dental assistant and also with Taco Times newspapers.

She was preceded in death by: her parents, John Fowler and Marian Hauter Fowler; her husband, Nolan Jackson Blue; and her son-in-law, Brett Williams.

Jane is survived by: two sons, Robert and his wife, Lucretia, and Donald and his wife, Marla, all of Perry; her daughter, Julie Williams of North Carolina; her brother, John Fowler; her sister, Judy Rapp; 11 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren; as a well as a host of nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held today (Wednesday) at 11 a.m. at Woodlawn Cemetery with Chris Peterson officiating. The family will receive friends on hour prior to the service, from 10-11 a.m., at Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
