Lady ‘Dogs advance as district runner-ups

The Taylor County High School varsity girls’ soccer team extended their season by finishing as runners-up in their district following an 8-0 loss to Florida High in the championship game held here Friday night.

Taylor County had the luxury of hosting the district championship and boasted more than 250 fans in the stadium to cheer on the Lady Bulldogs, who were edged out by the Seminoles for the second straight year.
