Teacher of the Year: The honor goes to…Tracy Hall

Taylor County Elementary School (TCES) teacher Tracy Hall’s third-grade students were enjoying a snack Monday morning when the door to her classroom opened, revealing her husband, Alan, carrying a bouquet of roses.

Superintendent of Schools Danny Glover Jr. was next through the door and announced that (Tracy) Hall had been named the District Teacher of the Year.
