Commissioner Russell in ‘grave’ condition at TMH

Commissioner Frank Russell is reportedly in “grave” condition in the intensive care unit (ICU) at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital (TMH).

According to sources, Russell was transported from Doctors’ Memorial Hospital (DMH) to TMH on Sunday, Jan. 28 for heart-related issues.
