The Taylor County High School boys varsity basketball team is now 10-8 on the season and 3-3 in district play after a thrilling, 70-69 victory over Madison County and a 69-55 loss to district-foe Marianna.
The Bulldogs took on Marianna last Thursday in hopes of moving into a tie for first place in their district, but the Bulldogs’ four-game winning streak came to an end, as Marianna pulled away late in the fourth quarter to turn a close game into a 14-point loss.
