Linnie Lucille Dalton

Linnie Lucille Dalton, 99, died Feb. 5, 2018. Lucille was born April 16, 1918, in Spring Creek, Tenn., to Oscar Francis Towater and Bertie Lou Lemond Towater.

Lucille was a seamstress and enjoyed sewing, gardening and was a member of the Good Sam Club and enjoyed traveling. She was also a member of First United Methodist Church and the Taylor Senior Center in Perry.

Lucille was preceded in death by: her husband, Lloyd Chandler Dalton; her parents, Oscar and Bertie Lou Towater; and one son, Ronald Francis Dalton.

She is survived by: her son, Kenneth L. Dalton; sister, Jane Towater; brothers, Lloyce and Charles Gilbert Towater; as well as a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A service is planned for a later date. All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
