County Commissioner Frank Russell – a fixture of Taylor County government for much of the past 40 years – died at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital (TMH) on Saturday, Feb. 10.
The 75-year-old local businessman and elected official was hospitalized with heart-related issues on Jan. 28 and reportedly suffered a head injury from a fall several days later that led to his condition worsening.
