A single-car crash on Johnson Stripling Road Thursday afternoon left a vehicle entirely parked inside a vacant house near the intersection of Johnston Stripling and Chip Mizell Road.

Perry Police Department, Taylor County Sheriff’s Office and Florida Highway Patrol officers were quickly on scene, and assisted EMS workers and firefighters in removing the female driver from the car and into an ambulance. Details as to the cause of the crash and the extent of the victim’s injuries were unavailable as of press time Thursday.
