Head Start opens three classes

After a 17-month lapse in services, Head Start classrooms are now once again open and providing services to local youth in Taylor County.

CDI Head Start, the interim provider of Head Start services in Taylor County, has opened three classrooms at the Boys & Girls Club — two of which are already full of three- and four-year-old students. Officials say the third class is filling up fast now that word is spreading that classes are open and operating.
