Amrouch Snacks looking to buy Lance plant here

The company negotiating to purchase the shuttered Snyder-Lance plant here has plans to open with a workforce of 40 employees, offering salaries ranging from $13-$29 per hour, once the sale is complete.

Mahmoud Amrouch, president of Amrouch Snacks, appeared before the Perry City Council Tuesday to share his company’s plans for the plant and to discuss an economic incentive package offered by the city.
