Mary Lindsay Foster

Mary Lindsay Foster, 87, of Steinhatchee, died March 3, 2018.

Mary was born Dec. 5, 1930, in Indiana, but lived in the Steinhatchee area since 1988, after moving here from Stuart. She was a member of the Steinhatchee Garden Club, Steinhatchee AARP Club, Steinhatchee Community Center and was an avid Ham Radio Operator. Mary was of the Methodist faith.

She is survived by: her sister, Carmen Ramsey; and a close friend, Rhoda Moehring.

Mary was preceded in death by: her husband, James Foster.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 8, at 12 p.m., at the Steinhatchee United Methodist Church, with Pastor James Howes officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.
