County eyes tax break for seniors

Will Taylor County join the vast majority of other Florida counties and offer a property tax exemption for senior citizens who meet certain income thresholds?

Florida’s Senior Citizen Exemption is an optional additional exemption for property taxes — for those age 65 and over — with a combined adjusted gross income requirement for the entire household.
